SGM extends its presence in Europe

Professionalism, reliability and top on-site technical assistance: the new SGM UK office puts at UK clients’ disposal all the benefits that only a direct contact with the company can ensure.

This is emphasized by UK Director of Sales Phil Price, who assures: "Our commitment will focus on providing the right Pre and After Sales assistance. All our clients will thus be able to take advantage of the possibility of discussing purchases directly with the company and having direct contact with in-house specialist SGM technical staff.”

On the team, Greg Oliver will have the fundamental role of product specialist, staging demos for clients on request and taking an active part in sales assistance work.

The SGM UK office will also be working with Maria Jenkins. After years of experience with large professional lighting manufacturers, she will apply her in-depth expertise to the office’s technical assistance and all service and spares requirements.

The office will also have an ample spare parts stock able to rapidly meet clients’ needs, thus avoiding long waits for repairs. As well as warranty coverage of all SGM products (according to the validity of times and conditions), there will also be a complete support service for products no longer under guarantee.
